Our experience within the trade for the last 20 years has seen different levels of aftercare provided by dealers and this is where we endeavour to be the best! Honesty is the best policy. At Three Counties we agree! Unfortunately even the very best motorhomes go wrong so if there is bad news and either the vehicle is delayed for collection or a part is late, we will tell you and not try to hide it. In addition to this if we say we are going to do something, we do it!
Preparation. We pride ourselves on fully preparing our vehicles to above what is generally considered industry standard. During the conversion inspection all appliances, systems and controls are fully tested. Mechanically the vehicles are again tested and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (Independent RAC or AA inspections welcome). Where applicable new MOT’s are provided, and then after these rigorous tests both the conversion and chassis elements are covered by a comprehensive warranty. On the day of collection, after a full valet, each and every customer will then receive a full working handover on their new vehicle to confirm they are totally satisfied. However, if there is a problem because we have such an experienced team, all the members of staff are trained to deal with any issues, 7 days a week! At Three Counties we don’t run away from problems!
Buy with confidence. All of our stock has been checked against a national register to ensure it has not been involved in a major accident or is subject to a third party funding agreement. In addition to this every vehicle will have been scrutinized by either the owner or General Manager of the business before it is offered for sale and is sold with our own, national, comprehensive warranty.
Guaranteed buy back. We are that confident that the motorhomes we sell, are of such good quality, and value for money that we can arrange at the point of collection to buy the vehicle back at a future date. This gives you peace of mind that you have bought both a desirable and genuine vehicle.
